Mold Environmental Services, LLC was
developed as a mold specific remediation company. Corporate goals have
been established to become a regional specialist with dedicated,
well-trained personnel to administer our comprehensive programs and
services. Each remediation will have a project manager assigned from
onset though completion to provide oversight and minimize exposure
The reputation of the
company will remain as a paramount priority and we will strive to
provide a knowledgeable and fair assessment of each mold remediation
project we are involved in. Communication to the building
owner/decision maker as well as to the remediation workers will follow
an educational course and will prepare them to make informed decisions
that will insure safety. Prior to re-occupancy of the contained space,
testing will be done to insure that the space passes air quality
standards.
A strong background in the
construction industry, specific to the areas of stucco, EIFS, drywall,
light steel framing, fireproofing and sprayed acoustic systems gives
Mold Environmental Services an excellent foundation to work from. Due
to the correlation of cellulose building materials and their
variations as a food source for mold, remedial strategies may include
alternate building materials designed to retard the development of
mold. In new construction, new moisture resistant materials should be
considered in high moisture applications. Our company will continually seek additional
training for our employees on the most current advances in mold
remediation.
As mold issues become more
public, it is inevitable that legislative and regulatory agencies will
become an integral part of this industry. It is our corporate goal to
become involved with these agencies as a well-respected member of the
mold remediation industry. Though these efforts may be local and
regional at the onset, our goal will be to be a nationally recognized
company, able to provide leadership that is technologically advanced.
If indoor mold hazards are
identified and a client knowingly chooses to make decisions about a
course of action that does not comply with industry and/or
associations standards, we will sever that relationship in an effort
to limit our future liabilities. We will only provide remediation with
a written plan of action.
